As most of you have read, I want to share all the knowledge on the ADD characteristics website that I have gained over the past few years in terms of self-development and, of course, everything about ADD, ADHD and HSP.
A great inspiration for me is John Loporto. This man is founder of 'The Wayseer Manifesto' and has the very inspiring book 'The Davinci Method' written.
A very interesting and helpful book for people with ADD and ADHD. All our traits are approached and explained from a positive side and you learn how to transform these traits to the positive. A real must read For anyone with characteristics of ADD and ADHD.
