Hello everyone this will be my first message. i am a man of 63 originally from Amsterdam but i have been living in Belgium for 15 years now. after an investigation that started in a hospital and later in a centre with psychologists and so on, i have now been to a neuropsychologist who ma 2 days of investigation finally confirmed what i have known for a long time i have ADHD and i am now on the concerta 45 ml grams in the morning with my coffee and i may say, i feel great i remember things and i do the cushioning in the house. I only wish I had known this 50 years earlier because my life was a string of small and cave disasters. 2 failed marriages broken relationships too many to mention many jobs and nut myself resigned and so on. In primary school, my report card already said, Hans finds the birds outside more interesting than what the master writes on the blackboard. My therapist laughed at that and said this was tiepies for ADHD.
Nice of you to respond Hans,
How nice for you that you feel so much better now. Like many, this is often accompanied by a long history of misery. But we are such strong people that we can always recover and switch gears too.
All the best Hans.
Greetings,
Jochem

Hi Roger,
Lto3 has never shown any adverse effects in diseases or contraindications with other drugs and medications.
To be on the safe side, I do recommend you check with your doctor and consult the ingredients in it.
hello i am a woman i have add, what is the best for me,and is there also trial things kwa food .gr marjan
Hello Marjan,
What can help you well is daily meditation. This is a gift we can give ourselves every day and costs absolutely nothing.
For example, start with 5 minutes and you can build this up to 20 minutes once or twice a day. Find meditation exercises at tip 5 here.
Or try Binaural Beats. Then you don't have to take the time to meditate by yourself. You then put on headphones that give certain tones to make you relaxed or more focused.
The website further features some dietary guidelines for ADD/ADHD that may be able to support you. You could also use the Paleo diet can try.
Sport and exercise also works really well for your mood and to feel better overall. So go cycling, hiking, getting out into nature more, or join a gym.
If you prefer to look for something you can swallow, you could read up on LTO3. This is a natural supplement that has been found to support many people with ADD and ADHD well.
Hope you can move on like this for a while.
Greetings Jochem.
I have been taking 72 mg of concerta a day for 5 years.
How can I switch to ito 3?
Concerta is divided as follows: in the morning : 36mg, after 5 hours 18mg and after 4 hours another 18mg.
hello, my 8-year-old son has been diagnosed with ADHD / pddnos can I use lto3 for that too? Greetings Saskia
Hi Saskia,
You certainly can. There are more people who lto3 in ADD/ADHD and pdd-nos use. That often works positively. You can go through the lto3 experiences browse that I was sent.

Hi jochem,
For 3 days now I have been using cere balance from pervital. Given/bought from the naturopathic doctor.
Am curious to see how it works.
